- Additional weight charges will apply to orders over 10 pounds.
- Two day shipping requires an additional $5.00 shipping charge.
- Over-night shipping requires an additional $10.00 shipping charge
- Over-night shipping does not guarantee next day delivery unless items are in stock and orders are received by 1:00 P.M. CST.
- Ground shipment takes approximately 5 to 10 days, within the continental USA.
- TEXAS: Due to contracts with suppliers we can not sell within the state of Texas.
- INTERNATIONAL: Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to trade restrictions, duties, and additional shipping or freight fees.
- RETURNS: All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. To make a return you must request a Return Authorization number from IMS. RA numbers can be obtained by eMail from Return Authorization numbers.
- NON RETURNABLE: All sales on Harmonicas, Reeds, Mouth-pieces, Recorders, Kazoos and/or any other components which are used orally are final. Federal Health Laws prohibit us from accepting returns on these items.
